Meet Callie, a laid-back sweetheart with a heart full of love! Rescued from a shelter where she was brought in as a stray, Callie is estimated to be around 10 years old. She’s spayed, up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, and on preventative care, and she recently had a dental cleaning.

Although Callie is completely blind, she navigates her surroundings with amazing confidence, easily getting around her foster home and keeping up with her furry siblings. She’s very food motivated, so her foster mom feeds her separately to keep her from snacking on everyone else’s meals. Given the chance, Callie will definitely explore the trash, so keeping things out of reach is a must!

Callie is mostly housebroken if taken out frequently and is fantastic about standing still for her harness. She walks beautifully on a leash, and while she will use pee pads indoors, she may occasionally “mark,” which we hope will improve now that she’s been spayed.
